We're just a couple of high school sweethearts building a family cabin in the beautiful White Mountains.

We didn't intend to be here, building this A frame from the ground up. What started as a crazy dream to buy a little cabin in 2020 (like so many others) turned to real disappointment when we saw that what was on the market just continued to disappoint us. Everything was too expensive, too close to other homes, up too steep a hill, you name it. Eventually we decided to turn our attention to land in hopes of building our ideal getaway. In early 2021, we found a few quiet acres outside of the quaint downtown Main St of Littleton, NH and the story of the Acute Abode began.
